The workshops are conducted by professional local chefs. Together with the chefs – a different one for every workshop – the participants prepare traditional Italian dishes, using the wonderful fresh ingredients that are on offer in the area. If time allows, participants will accompany the hosts on forays into the local towns and markets to purchase ingredients, offering a true flavour of local commerce and culture. After each workshop, the cooks will enjoy the fruits of their labour accompanied by the local wines!
Most dietary needs or preferences can be catered for with sufficient advance notice.
While the expert local chefs speak only Italian, your host will be present to translate at all times.
