Culinaria Sabina offers its participants an interesting standard programme, as well as a made-to-measure option, according to the preferences of the group. The standard programme comprises 4 nights/five days, featuring 3 cooking workshops, olive oil tasting, wine tasting, a visit to the local market and/or a visit to a sheep farm where the famous pecorino cheese is made, depending on the season.
If desired, different elements can be added to the programme, such as a visit to Rome, a day on the golf course, or a trip to one of the numerous interesting towns or historical sites in the area. Another option is a workshop on calligraphy and illustrations for menu cards. Additional charges apply for some of these options.
