Culinaria Sabina offers cooking courses for lovers of Italian cuisine. The courses are offered in the spring and autumn and are hosted in the charming and off-the-beaten-track of the Sabina region of Italy. The workshops are open to groups of approximately 5 to 10 people, who will learn how to prepare traditional Italian dishes under the supervision of professional Italian chefs from the area. In addition to cooking, the course features other culinary experiences, such as wine- and olive oil-tasting.
